“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “There’s no single course you can follow or investment you can take that will guarantee this kind of spectacular growth. But what they have in common is persistence and seizing opportunities.”
Just seven years after launching as a general contractor, Osprey Management is proud to join the ranks of the nation’s highly recognized list of prestigious businesses in 2019. As a construction firm, Osprey doesn’t take entry into this exclusive club lightly. While Osprey Management experienced tremendous growth since 2015, the nation’s economy only grew by 12%.
Not only have the companies on the 2019 Inc. 5000 (which are listed online at Inc.com, with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc., available on newsstands August 20) been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists. The 2019 Inc. 5000 achieved an astounding three-year average growth of 454 percent, and a median rate of 157 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion in 2018, accounting for 1,216,308 jobs over the past three years.
“This is an honor that’s a testament to the hard work and professionalism that each of our team members brings to the job each day – they are superstars! This is the third year in a row that we’ve been recognized for our superior growth, which isn’t easy to do in the unpredictable construction industry. We plan to continue this growth trajectory and are looking for more superstars to join team Osprey.” – CEO and Founder, Kelvin King
Between 2015 and 2018, Osprey Management achieved a 293% growth rate, putting them well ahead of its colleagues and landing them at #1405 on Inc. 5000’s list.
Osprey Management proudly offers a diverse array of commercial construction services to clients across sectors such as the federal and state government, K-12 schools, higher education facilities, sports and recreation facilities, healthcare facilities, and hospitals. Osprey’s depth of experience in total-project management, astute construction, and commitment to excellence will continue to propel them toward success and client satisfaction.
Osprey would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to Inc. and congratulations to the other small businesses who received this esteemed honor alongside them.
