After a personal tragedy hit close-to-home with one of the founders, LuciLife was designed to create a family-wide smart and safe environment. LuciLife features products that allows users to create their own custom home security solutions ranging from personal emergency response systems to home security systems. These easy-to-use products were able to give independence back to an aging population and peace-of-mind to their loved ones.
SO, WHAT DID WE DO EXACTLY?
The better question is…what didn’t we do? LuciLife was all hands on deck and we loved being able to collaborate with them and bring their vision an all-encompassing home safety brand into reality. The LuciLife team approached TalenAlexander to help develop a killer dual-purpose brand. Not only should the brand be able to stand alone, but it should also be solid enough to leverage other potential products as well. Since the majority of these products would be sold online, we also needed to develope a web presence with flawless design, an engaging user experience, and an intuitive interface. We were able to deliver a streamlined and simplified design concept and build LuciLife from the ground up.
On the flip side, we also developed an all-in marketing strategy. This included an active presence on social media channels, paid online advertisements, creating educational resources, and designing promotional items and marketing materials.
BUILDING A BRAND
Building a brand is kind of our thing. So when it was time to introduce the world to MotaMeet, we did what we do best: make an impression. TalenAlexander was lucky enough to partner with LuciLife before a name was ever decided on. Together, we built the core branding identity from scratch include the name, tagline, logo, and the concept of the Luci character. Through our extensive research and development process we were able to create a truly unique brand capable of claiming it’s own share of the marketplace.
PERFECTING AN ONLINE PRESENCE (WEBSITE)
Since the majority of LuciLife’s sales stemmed from their online web presence, we took great care and consideration into how we could best position them to both educate the public and drive sales. Our easy-to-use website targeted their two key markets and guided users through the educational and sales process seamlessly. We also created a resources section with custom blogs to share across social media and further position LuciLife has an industry expert and invaluable resource for families.

Our team created collateral ranging from packaging for LuciLife products to sales materials design to support and enhance their internal sales process. We created custom collateral designed to educate the public on the necessary safety features of LuciLife while maintaining the seriously smart, yet playful brand we had created.
